DBS Speak Up
Make a report in any one of the following five ways:

1. Online

To make a report online, click on the link "Make a Report" on the left of the page or click here.

 

2. Telephone

To report fraud and misconduct by telephone, please dial:

+65 6443 2872

The hotline is open 24 hours a day and multi lingual.

You will be connected to “DBS Speak Up” contact centre who will ask you a series of questions about the suspected fraud and misconduct.

You will not be asked to reveal your identity unless you choose to do so.

 

3. Fax

You can send fax (please include Disclosure Cover Sheet) to:

You will need to include as much information as possible about the suspected fraud and misconduct in the fax documents.

4. Email

You will need to include as much information as possible about the suspected fraud and misconduct in the email. Deloitte’s independent Speak Up service will not provide your email address to DBS, without your consent. In order to maintain your confidentiality, it is best to use a non-work email to make your disclosure.

What happens next?

Once you have submitted your report, an analyst will review the information you have provided. The analyst will then provide a report within one (1) business day to the dedicated committee of DBS Bank who will determine the appropriate action required.
